For those of you with Thesis and Dissertation defenses this Summer you need to make sure they are complete and signed BEFORE July 31.

Subject: Moving on July 31st

Good Afternoon,

July 31st at 5:00 is the last day a student can submit their thesis/dissertation and graduate in summer semester.

My office will be moving that day and we will not be available for signatures.  If anyone needs a signature, they should email [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> when they have obtained all of their committee member signatures.  Since the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Jamie Cooper is also leaving the university, we'll handle the requests on a case by case basis.
