Greetings, all,

I apologize, but I am going to have to cancel next Monday night's 
colloquium.  I will reschedule a session on preparing for oral exams as 
early as possible in the spring semester.  Our next (and last) meeting 
of the colloquium will be on Monday, December 7, to hear two 
dissertation prospectuses from Jerry Prout and Gwen White.
