Joseph, the steady-state GA has been updated and cleaned up
considerably since our last-posted version of ECJ, plus an example.  I
will send you a current snapshot of ECJ from our CVS repository which
has the revised steady-state code.  Beware that the steady-state code
is not used heavily and may have bugs.  I'd appreciate any feedback.
