Students choosing CEIE courses for S2011 will notice there are several 
CEIE499 and CEIE690 course offerings, differentiated by their names and 
their section numbers.  These courses have not received permanent course 
numbers yet, and so their course descriptions, which are not available 
through the university catalog, are attached here.
