CEIE students planning ahead for next year should be sure to check at
http://civil.gmu.edu/resources/scholarships.html for a list of
scholarships that support both undergraduate and graduate studies.
Scholarships for fall 2012 typically have application deadlines in fall
2011.

Undergraduates thinking about graduate school -- whether in CEIE with
the accelerated BS/MS program or elsewhere -- should watch for an
announcement for a special meeting later this fall to learn more about it.

Student interested in planning ahead for summer 2012 research positions
at other universities or in other countries; or civil engineering jobs
(both in the summer and during the school year), should check
periodically at http://civil.gmu.edu/resources/studentinternships.php.
The user name for everyone is ceiestudent and the password (for now) is
ceie2011. Recurring research internship programs are shown at the
bottom of that page with 2011 dates, however the links for the 2012
summer competitions remain valid.
