Dear Volgenau School Graduate,

Congratulations on earning your degree! Your Convocation is Thursday, May
19, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. in the Patriot Center. Our records show that you will
complete the requirements for graduating this spring or summer or have
recently graduated in January 2010. In celebration of your achievement, I
am pleased to invite you and your family to attend the Volgenau School
Convocation honoring the Class of 2011. At this ceremony, you will be
individually recognized and your name will be announced as you walk across
the stage.

Convocation will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2010 in the
Patriot Center. You will need to be in Parking Lot A next to the Patriot
Center by 1:45 p.m. in your cap and gown. The ceremony should last about
two hours and out of respect for all participants you will be required to
stay for the entire ceremony.

Below you will find a checklist of important items to note about
Convocation. All Convocation details are available at
volgenau.gmu.edu/events/convocation/details.php. If you have any questions,
please e-mail Joyce Rose at [log in to unmask] or call 703-993-1500.

Best regards,
