Dear All:


Prof. Xiang Chen from the ECE department will have ECE599 for the coming semester.


In ECE599, a comprehensive study of the current mobile devices (esp. smartphones and wearable devices) will be offered on this course. Composed of lectures and projects, this course will cover various topics, including the mobile operating system, mobile device components, and corresponding application development, such as sensors, network, database, etc. With this course, the students will build up the background of mobile systems and learn basic Android application development techniques. Workload-wise, it is composed of basic Android application development homework and project-oriented evaluation.


We are really looking forward to seeing you on this course next semester.
