This is a quick notice to students that have been or plan to be seeking out graduate teaching assistantships (GTA) for upcoming semesters. Please refrain from contacting faculty members directly to apply for GTA positions. Instead, refer to the information below for best practices for communication with departments in the Volgenau School of Engineering. We do not recommend blind-copying large groups of faculty members via email about GTA opportunities or showing up to faculty offices to request positions. The program continues to receive complaints regarding this. Thank you for understanding as we try to keep from overwhelming faculty inboxes and office hours.
