Participants will be called upon to understand and interpret malicious cyber actor tactics, techniques, and procedures, and integrate them in with political, economic, and social factors in order to determine the overall strategic picture and conduct predictive analysis. During the war game, participants will employ individual intelligence trade-craft skills such as critical thinking, research, and presentation, as well as group skills such as information handling, communication protocols, and analytical standards.
