Dear Faculty and Students, 

Dr. Richard Echard from the Naval research Laboratory will be offering a
seminar entitled "Good High-Rate Pi-Rotation LDPC Codes Based on Novel
Puncturing Techniques" on October 7  from 3-4 pm in room 3507 in the
Engineering Bldg. All interested faculty and students are welcome to attend.
