If you have attended any of the ECE seminars held in the period 2/17-2/26 or planning to attend the seminar on 3/1, we would appreciate your feedback on the CpE faculty candidates delivering these seminars.

To provide your opinion, please fill the attached Faculty Candidate Evaluation Form.

In order to do that, you can either
 a) edit the attached MS Word file
 b) mark the attached PDF file, or
 c) print the form, enter your responses by hand, and scan the final version.

Please use a separate form for each candidate.
After filling the forms, please submit them by e-mail to me at Kris Gaj <[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>>

Your opinions about the first 7 candidates would be the most helpful if submitted by
   SUNDAY, 2/28, 11:00 AM.
Regarding the last candidate, whose interview is scheduled on Monday, 3/1, please submit your evaluation form no later than
   MONDAY, 3/1, 7:00 PM.
However, please do not hesitate to send your opinions to me even if you miss any of the mentioned above deadlines.

All feedback will be very carefully reviewed by the Faculty Search Committee and taken into account in our final recommendation to all ECE faculty members and the Dean of the Volgenau School of Engineering.
