Subject: 2014 FBI Honors Internship Program - Accepting Applications Now

Good morning,

I hope this message finds everyone well in the new year! The FBI is currently accepting applications for the 2014 Honors Internship Program from January 29 to February 4. I wanted to share this information to help spread the word to interested students. The attached flyer may be distributed and students should visit the Student Center, Honors Internship Program link at www.fbijobs.gov<http://www.fbijobs.gov> for more information about the program and requirements. Eligible students may submit an application via the link online.

2014 Honors Internship Program Overview

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Honors Internship Program is a paid internship opportunity that offers undergraduates, graduates or post-doctorate students throughout the country an exciting insider's view of FBI operations and an opportunity to explore career opportunities within the Bureau. The Honors Internship Program allows students to work at select Field Office locations<https://www.fbijobs.gov/62.asp> across the country or in FBI Headquarters (FBIHQ) divisions located in Quantico, Virginia; Winchester, Virginia; Clarksburg, West Virginia; and Washington, DC, from June 1, 2014 through August 9, 2014. Please note that candidates selected for the program are solely responsible for housing, travel and commuting costs.

FBI Honors Interns will spend ten rewarding weeks in the summer working side-by-side with FBI employees on a variety of organizational issues or investigative matters that are vital to the FBI's mission. After completing a summer internship, interns have the opportunity to continue their internship throughout the year at selected field offices or FBIHQ divisions, by working a minimum of 16 hours per month in order to maintain their security clearance.

No matter what career path you eventually choose, serving as an FBI Honors Intern will be an experience you will never forget, and one that will benefit you in all of your future endeavors.
