Oh, I see.  I misunderstood the question.  I agree with Eric, but what I said should be correct as well.

Sean can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that there are no "minor version" releases, so the zip file will not contain the bugfixes.

So you'll want to use the version from GitHub instead.
