The error is pointing to this line:

	chart.removeAllSeries();

But chart is never null when this line is called, so I don't know what your MASON version is doing.

Try using the SVN repository version next: I suspect you'll have much more success.  If it's still causing problems, I can dig further.

I am also using jcommon-1.0.16 and jfreechart-1.0.13.  That's what I have in the libraries.
