Hello, everyone.

On Monday 6 April, Prof. Susan Branson of Syracuse University will discuss her current project at the Ph.D. colloquium. Her talk is titled "'Do not, on any account, marry one the back of whose head resembles cut No.4': The Visual Encoding of Gender Ideology in Nineteenth-Century Phrenology texts."

Colloquium meets between 5:30 and 7:00 in meeting room G of the Johnson Center. All are welcome. There will be cookies.

Best,
Cindy
