MUSEUM EXHIBITION RESEARCH ASSISTANT for the SPORTS GALLERY -
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued by the National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) at the Smithsonian Institution (SI).

SCOPE
The contractor shall provide technical, professional, non-personal research and writing services to exhibition curators working on the inaugural exhibitions, Sports: Leveling the Playing Field.  The contractor shall provide historical and cultural research for objects, graphics, photographs, audio and visual media, and/or other contextual material to support the museum's sports-related content.  Additionally, the contractor shall support the acquisition, cataloguing, interpretation and exhibition of objects and artifacts, as well as other sports-related projects.

The period of performance will be on or about November 10, 2016  - May 9, 2017.
