Subject: OFFICE HOURS FOR SPRING '15 THESIS OR DISSERTATIONS SIGNATURES

Good Afternoon,
The office of Graduate Academic Affairs will once again have office hours for spring '15 semester.  During these times, students may walk-in to obtain the dean's signature on a thesis or dissertation without an appointment.  Please remember the signature sheet must have all other signatures prior to the dean and they must be in black ink.


Below is the list of days and times the dean will be available for signatures:

Tuesday, April 7th from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, April 8th from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Friday, April 10th from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 14th  from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 16th from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday, April 17th from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Monday, April 20th from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, April 21st from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 23rd from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Friday, April 24th from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Monday, April 27th  from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 28th from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 P.m.
Wednesday, April 29th from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Thursday, April 30th from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday, May 1st from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

All thesis and dissertations are due to Fenwick Library before 5:00 PM on Friday, May 1st.  There are no exceptions to this deadline.  If you do not make the deadline, the next date of conferral will be August '15.

Our office is located in College Hall, room C111.
