Subject: 2019 Virginia Forum

Dr. Lebovic,

As one of the founders and the current vice president of the Virginia Forum, the annual Virginia history conference, I request that you will share with all your graduate students the attached call for papers for the 2019 Virginia Forum, which will be held on the weekend of 14–16 March at Longwood University in Farmville. The call has also been posted on the Virginia Forum's website at virginiaforum.org<http://secure-web.cisco.com/1IM5EC2fKxiZ92INbdTzUvumLSOFzQL6mlc7IIwcmtzfstPtuC-o6sw9SnRR9i0c7nAJOE6qJ6aaVJ5VFFXlbQinO72b7crUI2XW-dhhFpHmEsOrMfwbBkYyK92c6hm9s76XZ-naam1chUMD1ktxsM9UTcCvupIZNF5NRlb-Oy0UVhq71skF9xLsizuq7nBiAoU_-8kjqVt7yolaUSsoKdeGKsQOSiTmxxyDs4_1T9DFit1HfdsY7D8MODZp_l2w8UG4HuNxEVkDsmO5RL78G0_Z7YGkxqLjCR5lH-K1YojVuaQ-tw9jfmtv86CUuGhxMZYklQ_gXxzuVVDXQyeXqIZRlS5rxJXGvsdPVQ4IMcxVWIbeCElTyk2tbjHpRekloUxTPJKFrfRfiIDiCAQUYCZfCj5x_NLR1lXPQ-TgCPgBxCtPv7leYbVjJa_fqapU_/http%3A%2F%2Fvirginiaforum.org> and the program and registration and lodging information will be posted early in 2019. Past programs are all posted there, too, so you can easily see how rich and varies the programs have been.

In the past, both faculty and graduate students from George Mason University have been on the program, and you may recall that George Mason hosted the forum in 2014. We would not like any new students to be unaware of the only conference devoted solely to topics in Virginia history and culture broadly defined.
