Note that if you will hold an assistantship with the department for Fall 2016 you are not eligible for this posting.

Dear CHSS Graduate Students:

The Honors College at Mason is seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) for Fall 2016. In addition to teaching a weekly recitation and assisting a lead instructor with grading, Honors GTAs mentor undergraduates from all majors as they tackle their first research projects at the collegiate level. Honors GTAships are a great opportunity for those PhD students who want to go into teaching, have an interest in multidisciplinary research, or simply want to fund their education while getting some work experience. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time in the first three years of a CHSS PhD program at Mason.

Interested applicants should send a cover letter and current CV to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.

Best,
John
