Subject: 2/1 brown bag cancelled and errata

For the time being we are cancelling the Karush/O’Malley brown bag scheduled for this Thursday 2/1.

The rest of the schedule is as follows. (There are two changes: 1) last time I wrote “Thursday 2/20” which is a mistake (2/20 is a TUESDAY this year) and 2) the March 6 brown bag is now MARCH 7.)
The following schedule is the correct one.

Tuesday February 20: Angela Ho, "China Made to Order: Dutch Chinoiserie Design, Chinese Porcelain, and Cross-Cultural Copying." This will begin at 12:05.

Wednesday March 7: Jane Hooper will lead a discussion on how to manage student-led discussions.

Wednesday March 21: Yevette Richards, “The 1928 Christmas Day Murders in Eros, Louisiana: Race, Gender and Class Dynamics of White Supremacy.”

Wednesday April 4: Jane Hooper will lead a discussion on how to train TAs.
