Good Afternoon,
The office of Graduate Academic Affairs will once again have office hours for spring '14 semester.  During these times, students may walk-in to obtain the dean's signature on their thesis or dissertation without an appointment.  Please remember the signature sheet must have all other signatures prior to the dean and they must be in black ink.


Below is the list of days and times the dean will be available for signatures:

Monday, April 7th, Wednesday, 9th and Friday, 11th from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Monday, April 14th, Tuesday, April 15th and Thursday April 17th from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Monday, April 21st from 1:00 PM - 2:00PM
Tuesday, April 22nd from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday, April 23rd from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Thursday, April 24th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Friday, April 25th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 am and 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Monday, April 28th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM and from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Wednesday, April 30th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Friday, May 2nd from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM


All thesis and dissertations are due to Fenwick Library before 5:00 PM on Friday, May 2nd.  There are no exceptions to this deadline.  If you do not make the deadline, the next date of conferral will be August '14.
