Subject: Summer 2015 Research Fellowships

Good afternoon,

We are following up on the evaluation requirement for the Summer 2015 Research Fellowships. Recipients of the award and their thesis and dissertation chairs were informed at the time of application that both would need to submit a summary and evaluation of the student's work at the conclusion of the award. Students must submit a summary of the work produced over the summer term and chairs are to submit a written evaluation of the student's work. Submissions should not exceed one page in length and must be submitted via email to Akitta Robertson by Friday, October 2, 2015.

The intent of the Fellowships is to foster greater professional productivity and to assist students in timely degree completion. The award should have allowed students to devote significant time to their dissertation or thesis research.

We look forward to learning how the Summer Research Fellowship has assisted students in their academic and professional development.
