Dear All,


On Monday March 19, we will host our orientation/recruitment events for the students admitted to the PhD program for 2018.  As always, you are the best people to explain what it is like to be a PhD student here, so we need your help!


By next Wednesday (March 7) could you let me know if you'd be willing to volunteer for any of the following:  joining us for lunch at Blackstone at 1:15 (paid for by the Department); picking visiting students up from the hotel and bringing them to campus; meeting with students and showing them around campus (if so, please let me know your availability).
