Celebrating International Education

This month is filled with events evolving around international education and global engagement. While NAFSA<>, a non-profit professional organization for professionals in all areas of international education, is hosting a regional conference in Alexandria this week, our office is excited to announce a series of events on international education for students here at Mason.

International Programs and Services (OIPS<>) and the Peace Corps invite you to an info session (RSVP here<>) and a special viewing of the movie Girl Rising on November 19. The session starts at 4pm, the movie will be shown at 5:30pm.

This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States."

The dates for IEW 2015 are November 16-20, 2015.
