Hi Everyone,

On November 12-13, there will be a research conference for undergraduate
and graduate students in all fields of science and engineering in North
Carolina. You can find the details for this conference below. Attendance
and participation in conferences helps you gain confidence when
presenting your research and looks great on your curriculum vitae.

If you would like to go, but either do not have a car or would like to
carpool, I will coordinate carpool arrangements. If you would like to
present a poster, please follow this *registration instructions on the
Sigma Xi* website:
http://www.sigmaxi.org/meetings/annual/registration.shtml . And please
respond back to me with the *title of your poster* AND *phone number*
AND your *home address*. This way, I can set up potential carpools!

The deadline for submissions is October 15th! Please respond back to me
no later than this date!

Sincerely,
Amanda Zirzow
