> Title: Generated Micr-Pattern Imagery
>

> Abstract: New technology in micro-patterns allow researchers to force cells to specified geometries. Elimination of variations in cell shape and orientation greatly improves the ability to compare cells treated with different drugs through imagery. In this research methods are being developed to simulate the actin fibers in cells constricted to micro-patterns. This is performed by minimizing the cell's Hamiltonian and then optimizing the the parameters therein. The goal is to find sensitivity of the Hamiltonian parameters with respect to the drug dosage in order to understand the mechanism of actual cells.
