Dear ITU,

Funeral arrangements for Natalie Webster have been announced. A wake is scheduled for Thursday, May 1, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 2020 St. Joseph Drive, Largo, Maryland 20774, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. (http://www.adamsfuneralhomemd.com/Obituaries.html).

Marilyn has arranged for Reston Limousine to drive up to 25 people to the wake and service, with Telecom Admin receiving priority seating. Please respond to me by COB today if you are interested in utilizing this transportation service. Seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we have a final headcount, I will send transportation details, including departure time and pickup location, to the group.

If you are unable to attend the wake or service, but would like to send a note of condolence to the family, the home address for Natalie's husband is as follows:

Lastly, Human Resources has arranged for additional grief counseling for the ITU. An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) representative will be available  for drop-in appointments, in University Hall, Room 4139, during the following times:

Tuesday, April 29, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 30, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
