Dear CEC faculty and staff,

Join us for the 2023/2024 annual Title IX Training. In-person training will take place on Friday, Nov. 10 from 10-11:30 a.m. in the JC Bistro. The Nov. 10 training, specifically crafted for CEC faculty and staff, is a university-wide mandatory, annual requirement.

Topics to be covered include:

  * Discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs, activities, admission, and employment
  * Complaints of sex-based discrimination, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and sexual or gender-based harassment

Please be aware that attendance will be taken at various periods throughout the training, and you will not be considered present if your name is not recorded each time an attendance check is done.

If you are unable to attend the Nov. 10 in-person session in its entirety, please reach out to the CEC Office of Diversity, Outreach, and Inclusive Learning at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> so that an alternative solution can be arranged.
