As you prepare for the upcoming spring semester, the Mason Student Services Center
(MSSC) can help you tackle your “To Do” list all in one place, and position you for a successful start!
The MSSC is located in SUB 1 on the Fairfax
Campus and in Van Metre Hall at Mason
Square in Arlington. Virtual assistance
is also available via the MSSC
Community. The Community includes more than 600 articles related to Admissions,
Billing and Payments, Financial Aid, Registration, and more.
Here are the top five most frequently asked questions, and answers, that students
have at this time of year:
1. What
is the payment due date for spring and is there a penalty for missing the deadline?
2. Where/how
do I pay my bill?
3. How
do I check the status of my waitlisted course?
4. What
is the deadline to adjust my course schedule?
5. If
I am due a refund, when will I receive those funds?
Reminder: Mason does not drop courses due to non-payment or non-attendance. Late
fees will not be assessed prior to 3/15/23.
