Dear Ph.D. Students,
I received a question this evening regarding the Ph.D. Colloquium. To clarify, students enrolled in HIST 810 are required to attend, but
ALL doctoral students are welcome to any session!
I have planned several sessions this semester that are relevant to doctoral students at any stage of the degree (e.g. "Crafting a History Survey," "Writing your First Book," and "Exploring the Work of the Center for Mason Legacies"). We also will have several
sessions of prospectus presentations. I have attached the syllabus.
Also, we have extended the deadline for the Ph.D. Program Survey through tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 14. If you have not had a minute to fill it out, please do so:
