The History Department at the University of Denver invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level in the history of the Black Diaspora in North America, including the history of African American communities, period open. The start date is September 1, 2023. We are interested in qualified candidates who can contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion through their teaching, research, and service. This includes candidates from historically underrepresented groups, those who have experience working with diverse student populations, and those with experience and versatility in inclusive pedagogy.
