Careers Week 2022 is coming up April 18 - April 22! University Career Services has developed a week of events to explore & prepare you for a career working in the nonprofit sector, and to introduce you to resources
to help you in this process. Be sure to check Handshake to get the full information about each of the events listed below!

Monday, April 18
12pm – 1pm - Careers
with a Global Impact - Virtual
If you’re curious about international development, policy, education or health, this session will introduce you to various nonprofits with an international focus where you can make a
global impact!
Tuesday, April 19
5:30pm – 6:30 pm - Nonprofit
Student Intern Panel - SUB I, 3400
Come and learn from a panel of Mason students interning at local nonprofits. Get tips for searching and applying for nonprofit internships, and how to make the most of your experience.
A local nonprofit will also be on-site to discuss various internships they offer. This event is co-led by Spring 2022 GMU Nonprofit Fellows.
Wednesday, April 20
5pm – 6pm - Making
Your Way in Nonprofits - SUB I, 3400
Come and explore careers in the nonprofit world. Nonprofit organizations of all sizes need candidates with skills in interpersonal communications, marketing, writing, and more. Unsure
of your options - what you will do, where, what’s the job outlook? Get information and resources at this workshop!
Thursday, April 21
12pm – 1pm - Mason
Alumni in Nonprofits – Virtual
Meet a panel of Mason alumni who work in various nonprofit organizations. You’ll gain first-person accounts of how they utilized their Mason experience to get to where they are now in
the nonprofit industry. Attend the entire event for a chance to win a $100 gift card! Presented in collaboration with the Office of Alumni Relations.
