The Inner View of Interviews:  A Guide to Behavioral Interviewing

Tuesday, November 2; 12:00noon-1:00pm or 5:00-6:00pm  in the Johnson Center Cinema, Fairfax Campus (In-person only)

Behavioral interviewing is the most common way U.S. employers assess skills and qualifications. Dave Ong, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Maximus will conduct a live behavioral interview with a Mason student. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to witness an interview in action, learn from a hiring manager what behaviors they are evaluating in an interview and get advice for how to best prepare responses for your next interview!
