All, I goofed. When I wrote my original email I missed counting a finger when counting years. As I have been so eloquently reminded by a few of you, setting the end date to May 31, 2016, means that people who received a new computer in Fall 2016 have a computer that is now five years old, and should be eligible for replacement this fall.
