The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History is offering a series of PAID ($15/hour) remote internships for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for any student interested in working on archival work, curatorial work, and/or public history and education.

Do you know an undergraduate or graduate student interested in applying for an American history internship?

Applications for the Gilder Lehrman Institute's 2021–2022 Academic Year Internship Program are now open to students in college and graduate school. Each position provides a strong foundation in the museum, archives, and education professions and an introduction to working in a nonprofit organization.

All interns will be paid $15 per hour and will work up to 15 hours per week.

Job Opening: Education Coordinator
 
Full-time opportunity for a candidate with a degree in history!

The Gilder Lehrman Institute is hiring an Education Program Coordinator to manage the implementation of professional development and history education projects serving teachers and students. 

Strong candidates will have experience in project management and budgeting. Background in American history and/or K–12 education is a plus. This role is based in New York City.
