A Call for Contributions to Racial Reckoning, a Center for Mason Legacies Project

 

The Center for Mason Legacies has created and launched a new digital initiative: Racial Reckoning. Racial Reckoning is a response to the mass protests following the police-involved killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, Rayshard Brooks, and others in 2020. The site seeks to collect, preserve, and present the stories from the broader George Mason community, highlighting the personal memories and digitally-born materials generated or inspired by ongoing protest actions.
