We are asking you to fill out your annual update of the Individual Development Plan. An Individual Development Plan helps students and mentors to systematically identify training needs and competencies, and to establish goals for your PhD program. Research shows that students with a structured plan are more satisfied, more productive and have fewer conflicts with their PIs. Please submit the following documents to Kim Harris ([log in to unmask]) by April 15th, 2021.
