Hi all,
In the coming weeks, the four finalists for the Digital History position will give presentations to the Department and at RRCHNM. Please come to as many of these events as you are able – they are an important
part of the intellectual life of the Department, are a chance to become familiar with the genre of the job talk (particularly helpful for those interested in academic careers), and will provide you with a chance to make your own assessment of the candidates
(the search committee will solicit feedback from graduate students prior to making its decision about who to hire).
The schedules for the four candidates are below, as are the zoom links for the first talks on Monday. A separate message from Mills has additional details about informal lunches each candidate will have with
graduate students – please make an effort to attend these if you can.
My thanks in advance for carving some time out of your schedules to participate in the search over the next few weeks.
Best,
Sam
