Nov. 16 | 9:00 am – 12:15 pm | The Bioengineering Department at George Mason University is pleased to invite you to our 2020 Alliance Research Symposium on November 16 from 9am-12:15pm. We have 14 members of the Alliance and 2 guests from the FDA who will provide us an overview of their business explaining their research, development and manufacturing interests. The agenda is attached. The morning is organized into three themes each of which is followed by a panel discussion :

Theme 2: Cellular and Molecular Therapeutics and Biomanufacturing

Theme 3: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Digital Health

[Flyer] Money Talks
Wednesday, Nov. 18 | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm | Our next Money Talks Series is on Understanding Financial Aid Options and the Impact of COVID-19. This will give students the opportunity to learn how to apply for financial aid and understand different loan options. We will also talk about the FAFSA being open now for next year and how to apply for financial aid early. The session will be recorded and will be on our financial well-being website.

UCS Scholarship for Unpaid Internships: Taking an unpaid internship isn't always possible for the average Mason student, which is why we created the Scholarship for Unpaid Internships for Mason students. The application for the spring 2021 cycle of the Scholarship for Unpaid Internships are opened in Handshake.

If you meet the minimum requirements, then we encourage you to apply for scholarships of up to $1,500 to support you in your spring internship. Apply now - Deadline is December 1!
