  1. Handshake Tips from Mason Students – June 10 from 1-1:45PM – A group of Mason students will be sharing their tips and strategies for finding internships and jobs. These students will discuss their successes with connecting to public employer contacts and updating their profiles. Here’s the link to register.


  1. Registration is now open for the Virtual Job Fair @Mason! This job fair, June 18-19, is exclusively for Mason students and alumni. Each day of the fair will feature nearly 50 different employers. Students and Alumni must register through Jobs Connected by June 15 at noon. Information about the employers attending and job and internship opportunities will be available on Jobs Connected and on Handshake. Please encourage students to register early to have plenty of time to prepare for the fair. Even though we have information about the Virtual Career Fair on Handshake, students should go register on JobsConnected. Once a student registers, they will receive a confirmation email with tips to help them get started.


  1. Intuit Virtual Event, Open Source: The Future is Female. Join us on June 23rd at 3pm EST for International Women in Engineering Day as we bring together a group of passionate Intuit technologists who want to inspire change in Open Source contributions. We will talk about why it’s important to have a diverse, inclusive and innovative Open Source Community and our technologists will share their Open Source projects and contributions.
