Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well and safe.

This is the annual email asking that you please let us know where you want to be charged for this summer.  Please fill out and return/email the attached form which shows the number of pay periods for the summer period of 5/25 - 8/24/2020.   We are also asking where you would like your Summer GRAs and wages students charged.  

Please remember, per the University policy that began last summer, only 90% of faculty summer effort can be charged to sponsored  grants and contracts.  However, 10% can be charged to indirect and dept. accounts if grant proposal and administrative work applies. 

Please reply back and copy David Oler, Jackie Kang and Joyce Kong on your response.   If you have any questions, please let us know.
