In the list of sections, click in the Grade Mode column and select “Credit/Non-Credit (COVID19)”

Scroll to the bottom and click Submit

MATH 114 and MATH 214 and the alternate grading scale:

With the implementation of the new grading scale option, the department of Bioengineering decided to waive the B- prerequisite in MATH 114 and/or MATH 214 for students choosing the XS (Extraordinary Circumstances – Satisfactory) option for spring 2020. This will also apply to students retaking the course.

 

FRESHMEN: STARTING Fall 2020, BENG 320 will be a prerequisite for BENG 330/331. Students who plan on taking BENG 230 in fall or spring please open the attached new Fall 2020 curricula. Adjust your schedule, email Claudia Borke if you have questions or see her for advising.

 

STUDY ELSEWHERE FORMS:

Even though Mason is offering Virtual Classes Only in summer 2020 you can still submit your study elsewhere forms but need to submit an extra document to state your reasons, for example: Summer class is not offered at Mason but elsewhere. Please fill out a STUDY ELSEWHERE form at your earliest convenience. No class credit without prior approval. Unfortunately, financial circumstances as a reason to study elsewhere won’t be accepted. Deadline at my office or April 15th.

  • StudentLingo (SL) - Online Student Success Workshops
    After completing the orientation, students will have access to 20 additional workshops to make sure they can access support resources at any time and from any location. These workshops include time management, stress management, setting & accomplishing goals, test anxiety, critical thinking skills, information literacy, and more.
