Undergraduate NEWS:


Appointments with your Advisor: Use the appointment system SSC Campus -

Walk in hours: Thursday October 24th from 1:30 – 3pm, Tuesday October 29th from 2-4pm, Wednesday October 30th from 9:30 -11:30 am and Thursday October 31st from 9 am – 11 am.

IMPORTANT: SPRING 2020 Registration: Departmental Controls will be on the following classes BENG 214, BENG 230, BENG 241, BENG 320, BENG 330/331, BENG 370/371, BENG 420, meaning you won’t be able to register until we officially lift the controls. This is to prevent students to register without the necessary prerequisistes since most grades post in winter break. Controls will be lifted Monday, January 6th at 10 am. Students who need any of these classes to graduate in Spring 2020 email me for an override.

IMPORTANT: Technical Electives Spring 2020:
BENG 240 is only for students following the new 2019 curriculum, BENG 341 only for students following any curriculum BEFORE fall 2019.  Both classes are crosslisted.

Spring 2020 Graduates: Make sure to make an appointment with Claudia Borke to go over degree audit and classes BEFORE Spring registration.

MATH 114 and MATH 214 need to be passed with a B- and above in the department of bioengineering.

BMES: Consider becoming a member of the national Biomedical Engineering Society. Only $30/ year for student membership.
