RRCHNM Workshop on Workshops Series

These workshops are intended for graduate students in the History & Art History department; other graduate students are also welcome to join. In addition to walking through how to conduct a workshop, we will discuss scheduling, organization, and - importantly! - compensation.

October 21: How to run a Tropy workshop

5:30pm - 7pm Research Hall Tower Conference Room or Research Hall 470

Learn the basics of how to teach Tropy to students, faculty, librarians, archivists, and others. This workshop is useful for anyone interested in teaching, librarianship, and digital humanities. You are welcome to bring food and drink to both sessions, but please be respectful of your fellow participants (no limburger cheese, please). 

Not sure what Tropy is? Come to the brown bag at noon on the 21st in Research Hall 470 to understand the basics (and get an idea of what a Tropy workshop can look like).
