There is another spate of phishing email attacks making the rounds today – so far I know of one from Dean Davis of CVPA and one from our Dean Ball. This one asks if you’re available and to text in response if so. Like the earlier attacks, this came from a non-GMU account.

If you get one of these – PLEASE FORWARD to [log in to unmask] – NOT TO ME. AND DO NOT RESPOND. ITS Support needs to track these to see if there are multiple variants. You will get an auto-reply that they are closed for the holiday weekend, but someone will be monitoring the account.
