APT DC is an educational association serving preservation professionals in teh greater Washington, DC metro area and the mid-Atlantic region. The chapter promotes the exchange of ideas and knowledge concerning conservation of historic resources, through tours, lectures, and workshops.

In 2019 APT DC is sending 1 young professional to the APTI conference in Miami and 1 young professional to the PTN workshop in Stirling, Scotland. Applicants from all preservation-related fields are encouraged to apply.
