CYSE (Juniors and Seniors) and CFRS majors,
Mason’s CINA Center ( is seeking candidates for DHS Internships for this forthcoming summer period. Assignments will likely be at the DHS Joint Task Force - Investigations (JTFI).
Expertise that is specifically of interest includes:
* data science and data analytics
* computer science
* network analytics
* forensics
* criminology
* computational and programming skills
* geospatial science
* and, in general, the broad array of academic areas that intersect with CINA’s research portfolio (see for more details).
Suitable candidates have to be US citizens, and can be either undergraduate (juniors or higher) or graduate students, with strong academic records. For a select subset of selected candidates, CINA may provide a scholarship stipend to support their internships.
