Dear Graduates,

Congratulations – the big day has arrived! 

Well, it’s raining, and VSE would not subject you to an hour long wait in the rain.  So, rather than meet in parking lot A at 1pm, you should instead proceed directly into EagleBank Arena upon arrival. There will be plenty of ushers and signage to help you get to where you need to be. The most important thing to do is to find your fellow classmates, your designated seating section (BS CEIE Bank/Section 2, MS/MENG Bank/Section 4 and PhD’s on the stage) and complete your name card - be sure to spell it phonetically -  so it can be properly read as you walk happily along the stage. 

Looking forward to seeing you all there.  If you need any last minute, emergency supplies (e.g., tape, tissues, safety pins, bobby pins, combs, bandaids, etc…) look for me inside the arena.
