Subject: Commencement Rain Plan

Dear Patriot,

We are expecting heavy rain on Friday, May 18,  so students and faculty should not plan to gather on Wilkins Plaza prior to the 10 a.m. commencement ceremony.  Instead, please report directly to EagleBank Arena at 9 a.m.

Bachelor's and master's graduates should proceed directly to the floor of EagleBank Arena through the loading dock. Doctoral students and faculty should enter through the loading dock and then proceed to the upper level, east concourse inside EagleBank Arena.
