A wage-based position is available in the Shehu Computational Biology laboratory for a graduate (M.S. or Ph.D.) student to be involved in a computational structural biology project. The project involves protein structure modeling, inferrence of binding regions, and protein-protein docking. The emphasis is on analysis, as established web servers and/or software will be utilized for each component of the project. The project is in collaboration with Prof. Blaisten-Barojas and Prof. Kehn-Hall, as it studies a larger problem of viral replication.
